Holy mother-of-a-house!
July 5, 2009 · Leave a Comment
Yesterday was fourth of july, as many of you must knoe by now. My family and I spent the day at the beach, it was very cold and sandy. There were also these very annoying people behind us, I felt like screaming ” SHUT YOUR PIE HOLES!!! ” every thirty seconds.
Anyways while we were walking (we parked like five blocks away!!) I saw this house! It was just absolutely amazing! It was like something out of a fairy-tale, the pictures do it no justice. If the inhabitants ever come across my blog, I would like to say you must be very lucky people.
I worked on my cartwheels and handstands but my brother says the coach is going to kill me…

Arroz con amor
June 30, 2009 · Leave a Comment
My brother made rice pudding (a.k.a. arroz con leche) and it was delicious. Even though he made it with Splenda (which taste like nothing!!!!) and got an allergic reaction to god-knows-what, it was still pretty good. I didn’t take any pictures of it so I had to find one via google. It took a while but I thought this one would be sufficient. I start summer school and cheer practice next week. I’m actually pretty excited because I’m taking painting and cheer is fun. I’m glad they didn’t cancel all of summer school ( “won’t someone please think of the children!!!” haha) but seeing as I am a genius, I was able to take an elective not a core course although I was considering chemistry. Now I’m just ranting.

I love this song! And how they have random girls dancing.
This makes me want to live in the 90’s.

I like you but you won’t ever know
June 17, 2009 · Leave a Comment
Don’t you hate that feeling? When you like someone but you just can’t muster up enough courage to tell them so? Yes I feel like that right now.
So instead of making you sad, I’ll post some photos I took.

But I get to see the person anyways so that’s a plus.

Fruit juice . . . artificially flavored
June 11, 2009 · Leave a Comment
I’m in biology class ( supposed to be studying for finals but I’m just not in the mood). I was eating gummy bears when I read the packaging and it said “made with real fruit juice” and right below that, in really tiny letters, “artificially flavored”. Ha! Wow companies must think we are really stupid. These gummy bears are really good…

Anne with an e
April 19, 2009 · 1 Comment
Currently I am listening to “Anne of Green Gables” on audio book. I t had never really appealed to me before because I remember watching the cartoon show and thinking “Gosh Anne is so retarded sometimes, and is it me Or does Diana seem to be a wimpy?” (I like strong females characters even in cartoons.) But two days ago my sister and I were cutting out pictures of art work ( she’s studying to be an art history major and there are SO many pieces of art that she has to
know by heart) she put on it on saying ” OH my gosh Victoria your just going to love Anne!” I wanted to say “Oh my gosh I don’t think so!” Anyways I listened to chapter one and now I’m hooked. Even though I kind of know what’s going to happen I still get all excited. Its just so damn descriptive, it really helps my imagination.

I walked in the alley way
April 10, 2009 · Leave a Comment

You always find the most unusual and interesting things in alley ways. My obsession for alleys can be attributed to my brother, who loves rescuing old furniture! Anyways he always made me walk through them if we had the chance, and now instead of taking the main road I usually go through the alley.
It feels like I’m peeking into other people’s lives, but I don’t spy! I just like imagining what a piece of furniture or an old car meant to someone else. The flowers are especially great too!
